Night Watch ~ Music for Vespers 

All are welcome including:

  • prospective members (we are especially keen to hear from sopranos at the moment!)
  • singers who fancy an evening of something different
  • anyone who’d just like to come along and see how we rehearse

It’s free to sing or to listen and there are cakes!

Music to include plainsong, Rachmaninov, Whitacre and Kerry Andrew as we prepare for our 30 March concert Night Watch.

And we’d be delighted for you to adjourn to the Wheatsheaf with us afterwards.

Celebrating Earth Hour by candlelight

Choral music from plainsong to the 21st century interspersed with a variety of readings, both secular and sacred.
The music reflects elements of the ancient sunset service of Vespers and features pieces by
